What plays an instrumental role in the growth is the quality of manpower, which in turn, fuels the corporate machinery. Needless to mention, HR is one of the most crucial and indispensable pillars in an organisation which can actively contribute towards achieving these desired results. But without embracing technology in today’s world of HR, there cannot be required accelerations. ......."
